• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
• Draft and review legal documents such as claims, defenses, settlement agreements, and affidavits.
• Interview clients and witnesses, and prepare them for testimony.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Develop litigation strategies and advise clients on potential outcomes and risks.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and execution.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in commercial litigation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a reputable institution.
