Collaborating with procurement, sales, and operations, you will mitigate risks and maximize value from contractual relationships, while maintaining a central contract repository and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Law degree with a strong focus on contract law.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial contract negotiation and management.
• Proven ability to draft and review complex contractual clauses.
• Excellent understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
