Qualifications

• 1–3 years' post-admission experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting commercial contracting, contract management, or legal operations.
• Familiarity with CLM processes and legal workflows.
• Interest in legal tech, AI-enabled tools, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs and services agreements.
• Identifying legal and commercial risks and working with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Supporting contract lifecycle management activities, including data capture and administration.
• Supporting financial documentation-adjacent work where applicable.
• Using legal technology and AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborating with delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintaining high accuracy across high-volume projects.
