About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for a prestigious client in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal . This leadership role demands exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team of cleaning staff effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning services are performed to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and adhering to strict health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cleaning, experience in team supervision, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine and professional environment. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for various areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are met.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.
