About the Role

Our client, a reputable facilities management company servicing commercial properties in Welkom , is seeking a proactive and organized Commercial Cleaning Supervisor. This role is responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met across various office buildings, retail spaces, and public areas. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in the cleaning industry, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be instrumental in scheduling, training, and quality control, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
