Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the commercial cleaning industry.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management for cleaning operations.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH).
• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs for staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive cleaning programs for commercial clients.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate cleaning staff performance, ensuring adherence to standards.
