Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience in the relevant school phase.
• Experience with IEB programs in curriculum delivery.
• Experience in a high-performing international school setting.

• Plan, prepare and present interesting and exciting lessons.
• Establish a nurturing learning environment that supports engaged learning.
• Be punctual, professional and maintain high standards of student work and homework.
• Evaluate, reflect on and refine teaching practice.
• Pursue ongoing professional development at individual and school level.
• Produce high-quality teaching resources for students.
• Respond to parent inquiries within 24 hours.
• Demonstrate loyalty to Reddford House.
• Attend significant events as required by Head/line manager.
• Set and mark exams and other forms of student evaluation.
• Write report comments.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed.
