Job summary

iContact BPO is seeking an experienced Collections Training Team Leader to lead and support a training team, ensuring new employees receive coaching and guidance to transition into production.

This fixed-term internal opportunity requires hands-on leadership, strong coaching abilities and a track record in collections. You will monitor learner progress, partner with Operations and L&D, and drive successful training outcomes to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must be an internal employee.
• Minimum of 6 months' service with the campaign.
• Collections experience is essential.
• Previous team leadership or leadership experience is advantageous.
• Previous training, coaching or facilitation experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, coaching and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Collections training team.
• Coach and develop trainees throughout the training journey.
• Monitor attendance, performance and learner progress.
• Provide feedback and identify areas requiring additional support.
• Ensure training targets and operational requirements are met.
• Work closely with Operations and L&D to support a smooth transition from training to production.
• Maintain a positive, professional and performance-focused training environment.
• Address performance and attendance concerns in line with company processes.
