Job summary

County Fair, a division of Astral Operations Limited, seeks a Team Leader for the Cold Store in Epping. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise daily picking operations, stock control, returns handling and NCRs, ensuring GMP/GHP compliance and food safety across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in logistics/warehouse roles, a relevant qualification, and strong leadership with FIFO experience.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Logistics/ Warehouse/ Cold storage management.
• 3–5 years in logistics/warehouse/cold storage or stock control.
• MS Excel at an intermediate level.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with leadership and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily planning, coordination and management of customer orders with case picking and stock control.
• Plan and manage all picking processes to achieve efficiencies and service delivery.
• Stock control of all inventory movements in and out of the store.
• Log and manage non-conformances and NCRs daily.
• Ensure FIFO handling and replenishment of stock to picking store.
• Lead housekeeping, GMP/GHP compliance and safety.
