Joubert and Associates in Paarl is seeking a Cold Store Shift Supervisor to oversee cold storage operations for citrus, pome and stone fruits. You will supervise pallet and bin intakes and dispatches, monitor temperatures and ensure adherence to procedures.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will lead a small team, manage resources, enforce health and quality standards, and coordinate re-labelling, repacking and inspections.

Formación

• 3+ years in cold storage, supervisory exposure preferred.
• Qualification in Operations/Agriculture or related field advantageous.
• Experience with citrus, pome and stone fruits in cold storage.
• Valid forklift license and basic technical know-how.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive team productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee cold storage operations for citrus, pome and stone fruits.
• Supervise pallet and bin intakes, dispatches and record-keeping.
• Monitor temperatures and degreening, SMART FRESH, and drenching processes.
• Lead a team, manage resources and ensure safety, quality and procedures.
• Coordinate re-labelling, repacking and re-inspection of pallets.
