Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants in Stellenbosch, South Africa, seeks an IT Support Specialist to help set up, test, and maintain Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and automation tools. You will create and maintain Power Automate workflows, manage SharePoint lists, perform testing, document processes, and provide first-line user support while ensuring data governance and POPIA compliance.

The role requires strong communication and detailed documentation, with the ability to learn new technologies

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Exposure to Power Automate and/or Power Apps will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and follow established processes.
• Customer-focused with the ability to provide effective first-line technical support.
• Understanding of data governance and POPIA principles will be advantageous.
