Exclusively Remote in South Africa is seeking a skilled Cabinet Vision Programmer to join our remote team. You will take cabinet jobs from programming through to CNC-ready files, ensuring accuracy and efficient production workflows.

The role requires hands-on Cabinet Vision experience, CNC programming knowledge, and a solid understanding of kitchen cabinet manufacturing. You will work independently in a remote setup, coordinating with production to deliver precise manufacturing files.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with CNC programming and manufacturing processes.
• Strong ability to interpret cabinet drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet or custom cabinetry manufacturing is essential.
• Proven proficiency using Cabinet Vision for programming and file generation.

Responsabilidades

• Program kitchen cabinet jobs using Cabinet Vision.
• Prepare completed jobs for CNC production.
• Generate accurate cut lists, nesting layouts, machining and production files.
• Review programmed jobs for accuracy and manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming or production issues.
• Ensure cabinet specifications, dimensions, materials and hardware are reflected correctly.
• Work with production to ensure CNC-ready and efficient manufacturing.

Remote Cabinet Vision Programmer – Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing

About the Role

Our client, a growing kitchen cabinet manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Cabinet Vision Programmer to join their team remotely.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience using Cabinet Vision, along with practical knowledge of CNC programming and kitchen cabinet manufacturing. You will be responsible for taking cabinet jobs from programming through to CNC-ready production files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Program kitchen cabinet jobs using Cabinet Vision
• Prepare completed jobs for CNC production
• Generate accurate cut lists, nesting layouts, machining, and production files
• Review programmed jobs for accuracy and manufacturability
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming or production issues
• Ensure cabinet specifications, dimensions, materials, and hardware requirements are accurately reflected
• Work closely with production requirements to ensure jobs are CNC-ready and manufacturing-efficient
• Identify potential errors or issues before jobs reach production

Requirements

• Hands-on Cabinet Vision experience is essential
• Previous experience in CNC programming and manufacturing
• Experience within kitchen cabinet or custom cabinetry manufacturing
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and hardware
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to troubleshoot programming and production issues
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
