Using Fusion 360 create the 3D shapes and map out precise tool paths. Translate design drawings into digital instructions (code) for the CNC machine. to figure out the best way to cut materials used to manufacture parts G-Code & M-Code: Write and tweak lines of code that tell the machine exactly where to move, how fast to cut, and when to change tools. Machine Setup: Prep the CNC machine by installing cutting tools, aligning raw materials, and setting up the tooling fixtures. Quality Control: Run test parts and using precise measuring equipment to ensure the finished product meets strict safety standards.
