Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 is essential.
• Hospitality experience and/or training.
• Proven managerial experience with strong leadership.
• Must be financially proficient with good acumen.
• Business owner mindset and market insight.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of HR procedures including recruitment, development, performance coaching.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: ensure club is a profitable business unit.
• Control income and expenses against budget.
• Manage operations and health and safety to standards.
• People Management: recruit, develop and train staff; communicate effectively.
• Customer Experience Hospitality: deliver strong member focus and resolve queries.
• Competitor Analysis: monitor landscape and report risks.
