Job summary

Affirmative Portfolios in Pretoria is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain our server infrastructure and software services, ensuring reliability, security and efficient operation across all environments.

You will manage Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, storage, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, implement security controls, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver resilient IT services.

Qualifications

• ICT qualification at least NQF Level 5 or equivalent.
• Two Microsoft Certified Associate accreditations related to 365 and Azure.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain server infrastructure and applications across environments.
• Monitor service availability and performance; troubleshoot issues.
• Apply security controls and manage identity, access and data protection.
• Document processes and support IT staff and service desk.
