Job summary

LexTrado is seeking an E-Discovery Consultant in Centurion, Gauteng to support clients through the electronic discovery lifecycle, from collection to production. You will work with cloud-hosted platforms, provide technical guidance, and train clients.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, familiarity with forensic methods, and the ability to manage projects and engage with legal teams across international matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Discovery, Digital Forensics or Legal Tech.
• Practical use of AccessData products is a plus.
• Experience with RelativityOne is a plus.
• Understanding of the EDRM model and digital forensic principles.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client support throughout the E-Discovery lifecycle.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance to legal teams and corporate clients.
• Train and support clients using LexTrado's cloud-hosted E-Discovery and review platforms.
• Demonstrate E-Discovery solutions to clients and prospects.
• Process electronically stored information for review and analytics.
• Configure and administer review workspaces and support workflows.
