Job summary

SGS is seeking a highly motivated E-Discovery Consultant to join our team in Centurion. You will support clients through the electronic discovery lifecycle, from forensic collection to production, applying digital forensics best practices and E-Discovery standards.

You will work with cloud-hosted platforms, provide technical guidance, and assist legal teams with defensible data collection, processing, review and analytics while maintaining strong client relationships and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Discovery, Digital Forensics or Legal Tech.
• Practical experience with AccessData products is a plus.
• Experience using RelativityOne is a plus.
• Understanding of the EDRM model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client support throughout the E-Discovery lifecycle.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance to legal teams and clients.
• Train and support clients using cloud-hosted E-Discovery platforms.
• Demonstrate E-Discovery solutions to clients.
