Job summary

Talented Recruitment in Durban is seeking a skilled Clothing Digitizer/Marker Maker to convert patterns into CAD, create efficient markers and grade patterns to size specs. You will liaise with the Pattern Maker, Sample Room and Production teams to ensure pattern accuracy and meet production deadlines.

Proficiency in Lectra or Gerber is required, with 3–5 years’ experience in a clothing manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• 3–5 years' experience as a Clothing Digitizer/Marker Maker within a clothing manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Lectra or Gerber software.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, grading and pattern engineering.
