Stryker Corporation is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support Joint Replacement in Bloemfontein. You will service theatre and clinical customers, deliver in-depth product training, and collaborate with the regional team to ensure top-tier customer service.

The role requires theatre experience in orthopaedics, a medical qualification, and strong presentation skills. Travel around 80% is expected to cover hospitals and clinics in the region.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a theatre environment.
• Experience in the Orthopaedics field (Joint replacement, Trauma, Extremities, SportsMed, etc.)
• Commercial knowledge and understanding of cost pressures surrounding theatres and surgical procedures.
• Presentation skills using modern presentation media.
• Workshop and product demonstration skills, including anatomy and physiology knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Service existing and new customers within theatre and clinical environments.
• Provide theatre and wider HCP staff with in-depth training on Stryker products.
• Audit theatre stock, manage consignment inventory and asset management practices.

Provide theatre and wider HCP staff with in-depth training on Stryker products.* Work closely with regional team members and the Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class customer service levels. Audit theatre Stryker stock, including implants, disposables and instruments; manage consignment inventory and ensure good asset management practices.* Understand the clinical application of the broader Stryker portfolio to offer customers the best possible solution at all times. Conduct trials and evaluations of products in theatre and clinical environments as required.
