Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support clinical trials in the Upington area. You will manage day-to-day study activities, ensure protocol integrity, and maintain patient data quality.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' CRC experience, knowledge of GCP/ICH, and proficiency with CTMS/EDC systems. You will collaborate with physicians, patients, and sponsors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in health science preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRC or similar clinical research support role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants into clinical trials according to protocol requirements.
• Schedule patient visits and conduct study procedures and questionnaires.
• Collect, process, and manage study data accurately in EDC systems.
• Maintain comprehensive study documentation and ensure GCP/ICH compliance.
• Monitor participants for adverse events and report as required.
• Assist investigators in preparing for site visits and audits.
• Collaborate with the clinical research team to ensure study timelines are met.
