Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a diligent Pharmaceutical Clinical Research Associate to support ongoing clinical trials in Soweto. The CRA will monitor trial sites, ensure data integrity, and oversee patient safety in accordance with GCP and ICH guidelines.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field and 3–5 years of CRA experience. Travel opportunities are available within the Soweto region.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with site personnel and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to protocols, regulations, and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and quality of clinical trial data collected at study sites.
• Oversee patient safety and report any adverse events or protocol deviations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with investigators, study coordinators, and site staff.
• Manage site activities, including initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
