Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement advanced nursing care in accordance with SOPs.
• Serve as clinical resource to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Coordinate patient services and rounds with physicians and staff.
• Maintain day/night shift documentation reflecting patient status and staffing.
• Participate in education, mentoring and training of nursing staff and students.
