Job summary

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Education or equivalent mentoring experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Professional Nurse in a hospital setting; 1 year mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with infection prevention and control and MS Office tools.

Main Purpose of the Job

The Clinical Facilitator plans and facilitates identified training and development interventions to ensure the competency of all staff. This role may be allocated to a specialist unit (e.g. ICU) or provide support across multiple nursing units within a hospital.

Required Education

Essential
