Job summary

A24 Group Medical Staffing in Bellville, Cape Town, is seeking a Clinical Facilitator to lead nurses across multiple facilities and brands. You will represent the group at client sites, onboard staff, and deliver on-site orientations while upholding clinical quality standards.

The role requires a SANC-registered nurse with 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience, frail care or hospital exposure, and strong facilitation skills to interact with matrons, facility managers and government officials.

Qualifications

• SANC registration (annual practising fees paid) and 5+ years hands-on clinical experience.
• Experience in frail care, hospital or acute settings is required.
• ICU or Theatre exposure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Group at client sites including government facilities.
• Assess and onboard nurses and carers before site placement.
• Deliver orientations and on-site upskilling.
• Lead clinical quality standards across facilities.
• Advise Home Care and provide clinical input on client feedback.
• Support compliance, from SANC registration to incident follow-up.

What You Will Do

• Represent the Group at client sites, including government facilities
• Assess and onboard nurses and carers before they step onto a client site
• Deliver orientations and upskilling on site
• Own clinical quality and set the standard others follow
• Advise our Home Care Department and give the clinical view on client complaints
• Support compliance, from SANC registration to incident follow-up

What You Bring

• Professional Nurse with a current, up-to-date SANC registration (annual practising fees paid) and 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience
• Frail care, hospital or acute experience
• ICU or Theatre experience or training (a strong advantage)
• Polished and confident with matrons, facility managers and government officials
• A natural trainer who commands credibility
• Facilitation or assessment qualification (an advantage)
• Computer literate, with a valid driver’s licence (essential)
