Netcare invites you to be part of our journey. The Clinical Engineering Technician is responsible for the management and maintenance of all medical equipment per manufacturer specifications and Health Technology Regulations.

You will implement and maintain the CMMS (SAP PM), manage the installed base for CAPEX, rentals, demo and loan equipment, and plan timely services to ensure compliance with standards. Additional duties include equipment audits, barcode maintenance, and reporting to support

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining medical equipment and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with CMMS and asset management processes.
• ECSA competency standards or eligibility for registration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain medical equipment per manufacturer specifications and regulations.
• Implement and maintain CMMS (SAP PM) for all medical equipment.
• Plan and execute timely services to comply with regulations and Netcare recommendations.
• Conduct six-month equipment audits and maintain CMMS data accuracy.
• Provide training and mentorship to CETAs and staff on medical equipment usage.
