The role requires a medical degree and at least two years of clinic or hospital management experience, plus strong leadership, budgeting, and EHR proficiency to deliver efficient, patient-focused services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinic operations.
• Budgeting, operational planning, and resource management experience.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management.
• Lead, supervise, and develop clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Manage clinic budgets, operational planning, and resource utilization to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor clinic performance, analyze operational data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Manage patient concerns and ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports for management.
