Qualifications

• Education level matching NQF Level 5 or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, directing complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure basic CRM data is accurate and note follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Provide first contact for resolving queries and complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Support routine business development tasks and follow established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by gathering referrals and recommendations.
• Select data from information provided and input into spreadsheets.
• Demonstrate networking by engaging with internal and external networks.
