Qualifications

• Education: NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advance or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (Required).

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests; refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and document follow-up actions and notes from sales calls.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
