Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and note follow-up actions from sales calls.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel script.
• Make calls to develop relationships and be a first contact for queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality and regulatory codes.
• Support business development and follow established processes.
• Identify potential customers through referrals and information gathering.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
