Africorp Advisory Services in Bryanston provides specialist advisory support and administrative excellence for employee benefits clients. Competenze

• 2–3 years in an administrative, consultant or client services role within financial services or employee benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional and confident.
• Experience with medical aid schemes, group risk, or retirement fund administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with Discovery Health processes is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn internal systems.
• Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification or industry certification advantageous.

• Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and HR or executive contacts alike.
• Provide professional, accurate, non-advice responses to general information and administrative queries.
• Escalate advice-related, complex, or sensitive queries to the adviser with full context.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients across open matters; avoid follow-ups.
• Coordinate end-to-end administration of medical aid, group risk, and retirement fund processes.
• Monitor SLAs with service providers and flag risks or delays early.
