Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to 8 years of experience in a similar environment with at least 5 years operational leadership or specialist experience.

Responsibilities

• Define standard operating procedures and implement and manage end to end processes
• Manage operational risk and risk mitigation initiatives
• Monitor and report on progress against marketing plans and adjusts where required
• Formulate a plan which includes long term initiatives and milestones and set priorities to shape and structure corporate affairs and investor relations
• Create an engaging, enabling and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition by demonstrating leadership through personal commitment to organisational values
• Manage, monitor and report on budget variances to maximise financial performance
• Plan, manage and monitor initiatives to ensure customer service excellence
