Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Client Services Consultant at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will work remotely from South Africa, build targeted lists, craft outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, and hand off

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM workflows.

Responsabilités

• Research ideal accounts based on ICP and build contact lists.
• Identify decision makers and maintain accurate lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.

What You Bring

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
