Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As part of the Client Services team, you will manage outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain accurate records in Salesforce and collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging and target ICPs.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
