Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will work remotely within South Africa, maintaining data in Salesforce and SalesLoft, while testing messaging to improve targeting and results.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role is required or highly preferred.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
