You will support customer relationship development, enter CRM data accurately, and identify sales opportunities while delivering excellent service and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Matriculation Certificate (Matric) is required.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information.
• Record and process customer orders using predefined options.
• Resolve customer issues including returns, exchanges and complaints; elevate appropriately.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
• Provide a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM after each contact with a customer to ensure data quality for retention and development activities.
• Interview the customer following a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Provide exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services.
• Develop working knowledge of company policies, procedures and regulatory codes; adhere to mandatory procedures.
• Participate in assessment and development planning activities and training to build capabilities.
