Qualifications

• Matriculation Certificate (Matric).
• Experience in customer service and relationship management is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders using predefined options.
• Resolve basic and advanced customer issues, including returns and complaints; escalate when needed.
• Make calls to allocate potential customers to develop relationships and be the first contact for queries.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM after each contact to ensure data quality for retention and business development.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Provide exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services.
• Learn and follow organizational policies and regulatory codes to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain skills through training and coaching.
