Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is hiring for a customer service and sales-oriented role focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. You will provide product information, process orders, resolve issues, and build relationships with customers.

You will also manage customer data in the CRM, clarify requirements with a sales script, and participate in ongoing training while upholding company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 or higher (Grade 12) or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service and sales providing product information.
• Ability to handle returns, exchanges and complaints and resolve them efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders using predefined options.
• Address basic and advanced customer issues, escalate where needed.
• Make calls to develop relationships with potential customers.
• Enter customer interaction data into the CRM system for quality data.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a sales script.
• Deliver exceptional service to encourage ongoing product usage.
• Follow organizational policies and regulatory codes in daily tasks.
• Participate in training and coaching to build skills.
