Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a Customer Service Advocate who delivers a positive experience by guiding customers, providing product information, processing orders and directing inquiries to the correct channel.

You will resolve issues such as returns and complaints, escalate when needed, develop customer relationships, and log interactions in the CRM to support retention and growth. Requires NQF level 4/Grade 12.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and product knowledge to assist clients.
• Strong communication and problem-solving to resolve issues.
• Experience using CRM systems to log interactions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders using predefined options.
• Resolve issues including returns and complaints with escalation when needed.
• Develop relationships with potential customers via calls and in-person contacts.
• Maintain CRM data for quality data and retention initiatives.
• Clarify customer needs using a multilevel script.
• Support renewals through exceptional service.
