• Meets monthly sales targets in terms of lending and other products.
• Meets collections and arrears targets in terms of lending products.
• Educates clients on responsible use of credit and money management.
• Generates new business pipeline through marketing and lead generation.
• Adheres to regulatory governance to mitigate risk.
• Builds relationships with other business units for referrals.
• Provides excellent face-to-face and telephonic service to customers.
• Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service quality standards.
