Job summary

Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting a Client Service Consultant for our client in Pretoria. You will provide professional, customer-focused service across all client interactions and handle enquiries relating to policies, premiums, and servicing requests.

Ideal candidates have FAIS compliance and at least 2 years in client service or sales within insurance or financial services. You will ensure accuracy, maintain records, and meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential and RE5 qualification is required.
• FAIS-compliant or relevant qualification is required.
• Class of Business is preferred for candidates.
• Minimum 2 years in retention, client care or sales in insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient, customer-focused service across all client interactions.
• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries relating to policies, premiums, benefits, amendments, and servicing requests.
• Process policy amendments and servicing requests accurately within agreed service levels.
• Resolve queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience and compliance.
• Educate clients on products, policy benefits, and processes to ensure understanding of cover.
