Relevant tertiary qualification in Financial Planning, Finance, Investments or related field advantageous.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of client financial planning documentation.
Provide administrative and research support to the Financial Planner.
Assist with client records, quotations, applications and follow-up correspondence.
Maintain accurate and confidential client information.
Assist with day-to-day client service and financial planning administration.
Liaise professionally with clients and assist with queries and follow-ups.
Ensure documentation and records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
