Job summary

Metropolitan is seeking a proactive Sales professional in South Africa to attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products and generating new business. You will also provide after-sales service to ensure client retention, support market share growth, and contribute to the company's long-term objectives.

Key requirements include Matric/N4, FAIS compliance based on DOFA, relevant regulatory examinations, 2–3 years in a sales role, strong computer literacy, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Matric/N4 equivalent qualification.
• FAIS requirements based on DOFA date.
• Relevant regulatory examinations if you are already working in the financial services industry.
• 2 - 3 years in a Sales environment.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospect clients to understand their financial needs.
• Sell products that align with the clients’ financial requirements.
• Accurately record client information and sales details
• Achieve targets related to production, quality and conversion.
• Comply with legislative regulations and adhere to all compliance requirements.
