Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group in Cape Town is seeking a diligent Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning staff and ensure service quality across client sites.

You will implement cleaning schedules, monitor hygiene and safety standards, train team members on Tsebo protocols, and respond to client queries, escalating issues as needed. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in cleaning with at least 1 year in supervision and Grade 12.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric.
• Management qualification advantageous.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a cleaning environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
