Placements24 seeks a Cleaning Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day cleaning services at a large commercial facility in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will supervise a team, plan schedules, monitor quality, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.

Role requires 4+ years in a supervisory cleaning role, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate across departments. On-site position offering training, medical aid support, and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a supervisory cleaning role or facilities environment.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Solid knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards in cleaning operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in a large-scale commercial environment is desirable.

Responsibilities
