Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or environmental services

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to cover all areas efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness and identify improvements.
• Train cleaning staff on techniques, safety, and equipment use.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment with stock control.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance and supply usage.
• Coordinate cleaning for special events or specific needs with facility management.
