Collinson (Singapore) is seeking a Claims Agent to support high-quality service and operational excellence across schemes, brands and products. You will focus on claims processing and assessment, working under a Team Leader to deliver accurate, efficient outcomes and to make decisions for senior roles in line with policy and regulatory requirements.

You may be the primary contact for customers across phone, email, and digital channels, or part of the claims processing team offline.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre or operational service environment or claims operations organisation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across voice, email, and digital channels as assigned.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring high quality first-contact resolution where possible.
