You will handle data collection, analysis, scheduling, documentation and correspondence, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Prior 0-1 year client services experience is preferred; SAQA accreditation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric/ Grade 12 or SAQA equivalent is essential.
• Regulatory exam 5 advantageous.
• 0-1 year experience in client services; financial services environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information from insured or designated persons to validate claims.
• Manage customer by performing standard activities to complete requests (internal).
• Collect data from diverse sources, analyze information and investigate claims.
• Organize work schedule and coordinate with support services to meet SLAs.
• Prepare and manage claim documentation for customers.
• Identify product or service options that may meet customer needs and explain features
