Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of civil engineering construction supervision experience.
• Experience with roads, earthworks or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods and quality control.
• Familiarity with site safety regulations and practices.
• Proficient in using site measurement tools and basic surveying equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications and schedules.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures on site.
• Conduct site inspections and identify issues or deviations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare site progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Monitor site safety compliance and promote a safe environment.
• Manage site resources (labour, materials, equipment).
• Liaise with project manager and design team to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
