About the Role

Our client, a busy professional family in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, is looking for a reliable and caring Childminder to provide aftercare services for their two school-aged children (ages 7 and 10). This part-time role involves supervising the children after school, assisting with homework, preparing light snacks, and engaging them in safe and fun activities until the parents return. The position requires someone who is responsible, energetic, and has a genuine affection for children. While the primary focus is childcare, there may be occasional requests for light household duties related to the children. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children aged 7 and 10 during afterschool hours.
• Assist children with homework completion and provide academic support.

• Engage children in age-appropriate recreational activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding the children's day.
