Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
• Experience in childcare program management or supervision is essential.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of childcare programs, ensuring safety and educational standards.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support development.
• Recruit, train, and supervise childcare staff; provide ongoing support and development.
• Manage parent communication, hold regular meetings, and foster home-school partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing, and health and safety protocols.
• Manage program budgets, supplies, and resources for optimal service delivery.
